footprints around london 1
yesterday marked the start of my exploration around london. as a warm up i decided to go to somewhere that didn't require too much navigation so i went to the national portrait gallery flanking the trafalgar square which ended in the national gallery. there, i rubbed shoulders with great masters of art, went to the 'manet to picasso' exhibition and saw famous works like 'the water-lily bridge' by monet and 'the sunflowers' by picasso and various others! i find that i enjoy looking at canvasses which allude to myths and the ones that tells us the life of Christ. it's really quite interesting! but the gallery is so huge i couldn't finish walking through all the exhibits! shall go there again! :)
